Balance & Coordination
Good balance is the foundation of independence.

We use simple, guided movements that safely challenge your stability and improve coordination, helping you feel more confident walking, climbing stairs, and moving through daily life.


Building Strength
Strength isn’t about lifting heavy, it’s about protecting your body.

We focus on proper form and controlled movements to build muscle, support healthy bones, and reduce the risk of injury, so you can stay active for years to come.

Focus on Mobility
Stiffness doesn’t have to be part of aging.

Each session includes guided mobility work to help loosen joints, improve flexibility, and make everyday movements like bending, reaching, and getting up from a chair feel easier.

What are the session times?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
from 10:00am to 10:45am
*More session times will be added as the program grows!
How long is each group session?
Each session is 45 minutes long. Each day's workout will begin with 10 minutes of mobility stretching, followed by a 30 minute workout, and ending with 5 minutes of cooldown stretching.
How many sessions can I attend per week?
Unlimited! We recommend you attending at least 2-3 sessions a week in order to build strength, balance and coordination. 
I’m out of shape. Can I still do this program?
Absolutely! Every exercise has modifications to match your fitness level. We welcome members of all fitness levels.
What should I know before my first session?
• Watch our New Member Orientation Video, the link will be emailed after registration.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to complete your health form and meet your coach.
• Wear clean gym shoes, bring a water bottle, and a workout towel.
When does my 3-Week Program start? 
Your Forever Young Program starts on the first day you attend SESSION and runs for 21 consecutive days. You have 30 days from purchase to begin.
What happens when I "graduate"?
After gaining additional strength, mobility and confidence with our Forever Young Fitness program, you have the option of attending ANY of our Arrowhead Fit Body Boot Camp sessions at no additional cost!
