Who Can Join the Challenge?
This challenge is for everyone, regardless of fitness level! Our expert coaches can tailor each workout to match your abilities and accommodate any prior injuries.
Whether you're aiming to build strength, maintain your weight, or embark on a major weight loss journey, this challenge is designed for you. From total beginners to seasoned gym-goers, everyone is welcome at Fit Body Boot Camp!
What are the fees for the challenge?
Reservation fee is only $40, which confirms your spot in the challenge. After that there is a $40 per week fee for the 7 weeks of the Challenge.
When does the challenge start?
The Challenge starts Monday, March 31st and runs for 7 weeks!
Challenge Orientation Date & Time?
Will be held at Lake Pleasant Fit Body Boot Camp on Sunday, March 23, at 10am. This will be recorded for those unable to attend in person.
What will be required of me?
We encourage you to workout 3 to 5 times per week, eat healthy by following our custom meal plans, and embracing our positive and supportive community.
I'm going to be gone on vacation for part of the challenge, can I still participate?
Yes, with our online workout videos you can stay accountable and still earn your attendance stars alongside your favorite Fit Body Coaches!
I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, can I still do the challenge?
Yes, you certainly can! With your full body composition scans, we will be able to focus not just on weight loss, but muscle gain too!
How are the winners determined?
The challenge is a points-based system where you'll be earning points for body fat percentage lost, percentage weight lost, SMM gain (skeletal muscle mass), attendance, weekly On Target accountability points, and overall transformation.
